A slimming product that has helped 1.5 million people in Italy achieve their weight loss goals during the past five years is now available to order in the United Kingdom.

New Day & Night, which can be ordered exclusively online at http://www.bi-slim-weightloss.co.uk , is derived from natural ingredients and is comprised of two separate supplements which work together 24 hours a day to help burn and block fat.

The Day supplements contain two active fat-blocking ingredients – CactiNea, an antioxident taken from the cactus pear, and NeOpunita, a vegetable derivative of the cactus pear – and are taken with water after main mealtimes.

According to SafeSlimming.co.uk, the cactus pear – also known as the prickly pear – is used both as a source of nourishment and a medicine. The specialty vegetable contains niacin, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, Vitamin B1 and Vitamin B6. In addition, the website asserted that the cactus pear may help to reduce glucose levels in the bloodstream, thanks to the way in which it coats the gastrointestinal tract.

The Night supplement is taken with water before bedtime. In addition to CactiNea, which is thought to de-stress the metabolism, it also contains ID-alG. The two ingredients work together in the body to burn excess fat through stimulation of the metabolism – which means slimmers can see weight loss results quickly, as fat is burned while they sleep.

Both men and women have noted weight loss success through the use of the New Day & Night system. According to a testimonial for the product, Renato Garrinella managed to lose a total of 35 kilograms (77 pounds) on the system after a number of other unsuccessful weight loss attempts over two years.

He said “the fat started to fall away” when he began the New Day & Night plan – which was just the encouragement he needed to embark on a complete healthy eating and lifestyle makeover. “Now I go running, work out at the gym and really enjoy my life,” he enthused.

Another satisfied customer, Valentina Gianesello, said that the New Day & Night product helped her slim down to a size 12 to 14. She claimed her successful weight loss inspired her to take up kickboxing and has given her greater confidence, as she can now fit into her jeans and fashionable footwear.

“Weight loss has been great for my love affair with high heels – now I get attention for all the right reasons,” she said.

Meanwhile, busy restaurant owner and new mum Morena Presutti, aged 33, said she felt “fat and unhappy” carrying extra weight after she gave birth to her young baby, but she bounced back to her “perfect weight” on the New Night & Day system.

“Now I enjoy healthy living and healthy eating, it feels very natural to control the calories I eat and reduce the fat in my diet,” she said in a testimonial. “I like being slim again.”

Anna Locorotondo, another satisfied slimmer, said at the age of 61 that she wished she had discovered the New Day & Night slimming system earlier. The former size-24 says she has dropped around four stone and now wears a size 14 following her successful weight loss with New Day & Night.

She explained that she was “determined” to lose weight after she saw her holiday photos and that the process was “easy” with the help of the New Day & Night slimming system as part of her lifestyle change. “My family think my weight loss is a miracle and my husband calls me his new wife,” she said.

It is important for slimmers to remain realistic about their weight loss goals. One way to do this is to set realistic weekly targets, with an expected average loss of three kilograms within the first three to six weeks of the New Day & Night system. In addition, eating a well-balanced and varied diet can contribute positively to a weight loss plan.

Slimmers are also encouraged to improve their fitness through exercise and increased physical activity. For those who are apprehensive about beginning a structured fitness programme, walking is often a positive way to incorporate more activity into their day.

As it uses large muscle groups, increases the metabolic rate and does not require expensive equipment, walking is a good starting point for a weight loss exercise programme. The Walking Site recommends that people may wish to keep track of the number of steps they take with a pedometer and use this as a motivational tool to increase this number at regular intervals.

Suitable for anyone over the age of 18 who wants to maintain a healthy weight, lose weight or control the amount of fat their body absorbs, the New Day & Night system can be used with a combination of lifestyle changes – including an exercise plan and controlled calorie consumption.

‘Fart gas’ Helps i n Controlling Blood Pressure

October 25, 2008

The gas best known for being used in many stink bombs may also control blood pressure, say US researchers.

Small amounts of hydrogen sulphide – a toxic gas generated by bacteria living in the human gut – are responsible for the foul odour of flatulence.

But it seems the gas is also produced by an enzyme in blood vessels where it relaxes them and lowers blood pressure. This enzyme is called CSE.

The longer a fart is held in, the larger the proportion of boring, inert nitrogen it contains, because the other gases tend to be absorbed into the bloodstream through the walls of the intestine.

Where does fart gas come from?
The gas in our intestines comes from several sources: air we swallow, gas seeping into our intestines from our blood, gas produced by chemical reactions in our guts, and gas produced by bacteria living in our guts.

Another gas, nitric oxide, is already known to be involved in control of blood pressure.

We know hydrogen sulphide is not good for us at high levels but it seems that at the lower levels in the body it is essential
Professor Amrita Ahluwalia
“Now we know hydrogen sulphide’s role in regulating blood pressure, it may be possible to design drug therapies that enhance its formation as an alternative to the current methods of treatment for hypertension.” said Dr Solomon Snyder, a Researcher.
